    Parental Right to Review Instructional Materials

    In accordance with Texas Education Code §26.006, a parent or guardian of a Brooks County ISD student has the right to request that the District make available for review all teaching materials, instructional materials, and other teaching aids used in the classroom, and is entitled to review those materials.

    To submit a request to review instructional materials, contact the Curriculum & Instruction Department at 361-325-8000 or curriculum@bcisd.us .
